OSX

Setting up Ruby

Install rvm
Install bundler
Install Ruby Docs gem install rdoc-data rdoc-data --install gem rdoc --all --overwrite

Map to in System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Modifier Keys. Now can leave insert mode.
